The Evanston Municipal Service Center, constructed in 1980, is constructed of precast concrete. It consists of two levels and has an overall footprint of approximately 150’ by 336’. The structure houses the service center for municipal vehicles on the lower level and provides parking for municipal employees on the roof level.Â
Repairs were implemented to address spalled concrete, corroded precast connections, leaking joints, and failed expansion joints. A second project was performed to address façade deterioration and sealant replacement.
