The planning team evaluated the feasibility of relocating the City of Grand Rapids facilities from their current location at 201 Market Avenue to the former Kent County Road Commission property located at 1500 Scribner Avenue. In addition to evaluating the site for current City operations, compatibility with future private development on the Scribner site was also considered. WGI provided parking consulting services related to the 1500 Scribner Avenue site, which included planning for surface and structured parking.Â
