WGI completed a preliminary due diligence appraisal of nine parking structures in Harrisburg. The assessment of each structure included a general discussion of the condition of the parking structures, estimated cost projections for repair, and continued operations for the parking garage.
The City Island Garage (5 years old at the time of the review) was found to be in excellent condition. Recommended maintenance and repairs included:
- Cove sealant repairs
- Silane sealer
- Painting
- Wheel stop replacement
