Comprehensive Plan Updates - Town of Davie, FL

The Town of Davie has engaged WGI to prepare new Data, Inventory, and Analysis (DIA) as well as new Goals, Objectives, and Policies (GOPs) to update the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. Having only adopted the required updates and small changes since 2006, the Plan is due for a fresh look at new data to lay the groundwork for analysis of existing policies and the development of new policies which support Davie’s future.

The WGI team will be providing maps and graphics to support the plan, adhere to Florida Statutes, and completing DIA and GOPs for the following elements:

3. Recreation and Open Space
4. Conservation
5. Housing
6. Intergovernmental Coordination
7. Transportation
8. Infrastructure
9. Capital Improvements
