Project Details

We are proud to have provided MEP engineering services for a state-of-the-art 205-megawatt Bitcoin mining facility. This project required innovative design solutions to support the facility's massive energy demand, advanced cooling systems, and high efficiency infrastructure. Our team successfully delivered optimized systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and sustainability, meeting the rigorous demands of the blockchain industry's fast paced environment.

This milestone project showcases our commitment to delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions for complex energy-intensive operations.

Project Highlights:

  • Estimated at 162,000 sq. ft.
  • Construction of a pre-engineered metal building to house Bitcoin mining equipment
  • A warehouse and office facility for site operations staff
  • Maximum electrical power demand of 205 MW, with power delivered to the site from the adjacent substation via a new 34.5 kV electrical distribution switchyard
  • Facility powered by wind power from the next-door wind farm

Project Cost $90,562,000.00
