Dayton Phase 1 is a new chemical processing facility, including an office building, warehouse, and equipment yard. The office building was designed to be 24,000square-feet, two stories, with concrete tilt-wall and steel structure, including a 2,700 square-feet industrial workshop with 48-foot clear spans and an exterior steel stair cantilevered from the tilt-wall structure. The project also included foundations for an 8,500 square feet pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) warehouse and loading dock, and foundations for various structures and canopies within an industrial yard, including pipe gantry, truck loading/unloading canopy, weighbridge, air compressor canopy, nitrogen plant, and multiple storage vessels within a 4,500 square-feet bund wall enclosure.
