 WGI provided wetland delineation and permitting services for this proposed vegetative debris soil manufacturing facility located along Beeline Highway. Due to the location and nature of the proposed facility and land use, Palm Beach County required special measures to be taken to protect the surrounding properties and resources. WGI Environmental prepared a dust abatement management plan and coordinated the implementation of design elements, such as strategically placed buffers into the site plan to avoid and minimize effects on the surrounding properties.

• WGI provided procurement services for the purchase of forested wetland mitigation bank credits from Bluefield Mitigation Bank for the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) Permit and US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) Permit.
