The Denver Justice Center is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood in downtown Denver, covering a two-block area. The five-level, 636-space parking structure supporting the Justice Center has retail space on the ground level, including a relocated United States Postal Service (USPS) branch.
This project received the American Concrete Institute’s Award of Merit and Silver LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
• Three-bay single-thread structure with a two-way ramp on the perimeter
• Two contiguous flat-floor bays on the side adjacent to the Denver Justice Center
• Daylight sensors on the lighting and high-efficiency mechanical systems
• Cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete long-span beams and slab
• Precast spandrel panels
• Public parking for the Justice Center, United States Postal Service, Denver Sheriff’s Department, and Denver Public Schools
