District at Memorial

Project Details

The District at Memorial was developed by Kaplan at 10300 Katy Freeway in the “Energy Corridor” of Houston, Texas. The project consists of 327 apartment units on the 4.32-acre property.

WGI was both the civil and MEP engineer for the project.

The project features a unique roof top resort style pool on top of a multilevel precast concrete parking garage, as well as one of the first 24/7 automated package-storage and -retrieval systems in Houston.

The project was completed in 2016.
