Doral City Hall Parking Garage Retrofit

This retrofit project was a multidisciplinary effort for the City of Doral to add storage and workroom spaces, vehicle charging stations, rooftop fencing, and a car vacuum station to the existing parking garage. The finishes and details were matched to seamlessly blend the new construction into the existing garage.  

Project Highlights:

• Multi-disciplinary project delivery: WGI understands the consultant role while serving agencies underneath continuing service contracts. This project was a perfect example of leveraging numerous resources to effectively manage and efficiently design a task on a short timeline and low budget.
