Dutch Bros Coffee

WGI performed survey, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and traffic engineering for the design and development of multiple Dutch Bros coffee locations in Central Texas. Sites include locations in the City of Seguin, New Braunfels, and San Marcos. Compact sites required creative design solutions to meet Dutch Bros’ operational needs while meeting jurisdictional requirements for onsite detention, water quality, and tree preservation.

Project Highlights:

• Project design included prototypical Dutch Bros design standards for site, grading, and utility layout. Jurisdictional requirements included onsite detention design, water quality design and permitting with TCEQ, driveway permitting with TxDOT, and traffic engineering to accommodate drive-thru queueing.
