As part of a continuing services agreement with Eagle Pass Independent School District (EPISD), WGI provided landscape architecture design services for the newly constructed EPISD Student Activity Center located in Eagle Pass, Texas. The $27 million, 85-acre athletic facility is home to Cozel Foster Veterans Memorial Stadium and includes an indoor gymnasium, a fine arts facility, and a variety of outdoor sports facilities for football, baseball, softball, soccer, and tennis. WGI provided a landscape master plan for the facility, as well as landscape and irrigation construction documents. The design focused on highlighting the entrances, providing shade for walking trails and accentuating the architecture of the buildings.
