Project Details

This is a 5.16-acre parcel that has 30,000 square feet of retail and 6 future retail pad sites. WGI did the utility design, grading and drainage, and paving plan for the retail center, and laid out the road and utility connections for all future pad sites. WGI coordinated with the County, City, MUD, ARC, and developer for plan approvals.
