ED White Elementary School

Project Details

Ed White Elementary School is located at 1708 Les Talley Drive in the City of El Lago. This 10-acre STEM Magnet School serves 650 students in grades K-5. WGI was responsible for the civil engineering and site development permitting for the site renovations and building additions. This included new storm infrastructure and detention to bring the site up to current design standards, utilities to serve the building expansion, and an off-site storm extension constructed to improve ponding on adjacent streets.

Project Highlights

  • Required collaboration with the local WCID, two Cities (City of El Lago and City of Seabrook), and Harris County to obtain permit.
