Residents can relax with amenities such as a sprawling ground floor courtyard and a rooftop pool and spa amenity, which provides terrific views of the surrounding city and western mountains.
As the Structural Engineer for the project, WGI was responsible for designing and permitting the four-story wood-framed apartments supported by a one-story post-tensioned concrete podium and the foundations for the precast parking structure.
