Enterprise Rent-a-Car Facility

Project Details

This 18-acre Quick Turnaround (QTA) facility is located in Palm Beach County and was designed to accommodate a state of the art car rental facility adjacent to Palm Beach International Airport. WGI provided assistance and documentation for the facility to procure approvals and permits from the South Florida Water Management District, Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department, the Department of Environmental Resource Management, Palm Beach County Roadway Division and the Palm Beach County Health Department. Design challenges for this site included the combination of two properties and a shared water management system. WGI’s scope of work included the site civil engineering design, surface   water management design, permitting, and construction observation for the water distribution system, fire protection, sanitary sewer collection system, and a stormwater management system to accommodate the new facility.
