The One and Two Fairview Center parking structures provide parking for adjacent Class A office buildings. One Fairview Center is a six (6) level, precast, pre-topped parking structure approximately 320 feet in length by 125 feet in width. Two Fairview Center is a four (4) level, precast, pre-topped parking structure approximately 120 feet by 200 feet. These structures were built in the mid-1980s.
WGI, Inc. provided construction documents for a repair and maintenance program that included joint sealant replacement, upgrades to the vehicular barrier system between levels of the parking garages, roof replacement, and waterproofing of the stair/elevator towers.
