Frenchman's Reserve

WGI was responsible for site development and land planning for a 600-unit, multi-use, 432-acre residential golf course development. Services included design of the water distribution, sewage collection and stormwater drainage systems, and paving and grading design. The project involved evaluating the outfall drainage canal receiving the stormwater from this development plus a drainage area of approximately one square mile. Design services also included permitting and coordination with the developer and the various governmental agencies.  

WGI was responsible for providing boundary and topographic surveying, platting, civil design, construction layout, as-built surveys, construction observation, and certifications.
