The facility provides parking for various user groups, including visitors, office workers, and residents. After a year of operation, Cousins Properties engaged WGI to conduct an audit of the parking operation, including a review of expense statements and documentation.

Overall, the Gateway Village parking facility had a high level of compliance with parking industry standards. The parking access and revenue control systems that are in place represent state-of-the-art technologies and applications. The facilities and equipment are well maintained.
