This 10-story, 1,305-space parking structure, which won the local AIA Award, was designed and built for area businesses, government employees and visitors to downtown Kansas City.
The mixed-use structure features multiple entry and exit points, 17,000 square-feet of street-level retail space and a unique perforated metal façade that provides an aesthetic background for local governmental buildings. The parking structure is built for future horizontal expansion.
