Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) operates an 11-block downtown campus in Grand Rapids. This 768-space parking structure at GRCC provides special-event parking for Ford Fieldhouse patrons, as well as daily parking for students, faculty, staff and visitors. Grade-level mixed-use space is provided for a credit union, facilities maintenance area and office space for the director of facilities. Skywalks connect the parking structure to the administration building and the Peter and Pat Cook Academic Hall.

• One-way traffic, entry/exit on first and fourth levels
• Two glass-backed elevators and two glass-backed stair towers
• Cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete long-span beams and slabs
• Built into a hillside requiring a 30-foot retaining wall
• Architectural precast concrete facade panels
