The GVSU Center for Interpersonal Health Building and Parking Structure expands the GVSU health campus in Grand Rapids and creates space for the health professionals and nursing programs. Located on the Medical Mile, it is adjacent to the existing GVSU Cook DeVos Center for Health Sciences and the new GVSU and Spectrum Shared Parking Structure to be built concurrently.
WGI completed functional design and structural engineering services for the two-level cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete parking structure plus the transfer floor beneath the five-level building.
The GVSU and Spectrum Health Shared Parking Structure is a collaborative project co-owned as condominiums to provide parking for patients, visitors, and staff. Located on the Medical Mile, it is adjacent to the existing GVSU Cook DeVos Center for Health Sciences, and the new GVSU Center for Interpersonal Health to be built concurrently.
WGI completed functional design and structural engineering services for the 1,260-space cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete parking structure. The six-level structure includes two levels below grade.
