The GVSU and Spectrum Health Shared Parking Structure is a collaborative project co-owned as condominiums to provide parking for patients, visitors, and staff. Located on the Medical Mile it is adjacent to the existing GVSU Cook DeVos Center for Health Sciences, and the new GVSU Center for Interpersonal Health to be built concurrently.
WGI completed functional design and structural engineering services for the 1,260 space cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete parking structure. The six level structure includes two levels below grade.
