WGI completed a condition appraisal and repair options analysis of the West and East Parking Structures. This review’s objective was to assess the general condition of each structure, outline possible repair and protection methods, and provide an estimate of preliminary construction costs to implement the recommended repairs.Â
WGI developed design documents and provided construction administration services for the recommended repair and protection methods that included concrete repairs, joint sealant replacement, deck coating installation, and the installation of supplemental floor drains.Â
