Project Details

WGI performed preliminary field investigations to determine the existing waterproofing system’s type and condition, provided design development documents to the owner for planning and completed detailed construction documents. A new plaza system was completed, including a new membrane system, subsurface drainage/isolation layer, and cast-in-place floating slab. Updated ADA features were added, including an ADA ramp, to make the plaza fully accessible.
