IBM 45 MF is a 364-unit multifamily project developed by StreetLights Residential and Stonelake Capital Partners. It is located on a 4.9 acre site within The Domain in northwest Austin, Texas.
The building replaces a former surface parking lot serving IBM’s Building 45. The project is located at the “front door” to The Domain, and is surrounded by the Lone Star Court hotel, Maravilla at The Domain, IBM, and Domain Tower.
WDG Architecture provided the architectural design for the project. WGI provided civil engineering design, site development permitting, and construction administration services. The project is currently under construction.
