Lake Travis Independent Living is located at 300 Medical Parkway in Lakeway, Texas, which is directly adjacent to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Lakeway.
WGI provided civil engineering services on the 140-unit, 3-story development designed by Vessel Architecture. Services included grading, utility design, on-site water quality and detention features, and construction phase services. A variety of agencies were involved with the permitting of this site including the City of Lakeway, WCID-17, and Lake Travis Fire & Rescue. Additionally, the two on-site biofiltration ponds were designed to the Highland Lakes Watershed Ordinance standards due to the location of the site.
