Lakeside Landing is a multi-family residential project located near the northwest corner of Okeechobee and Royal Palm Beach Boulevard. The undeveloped site was originally designated and zoned for commercial use. As such, it required a future land use amendment, rezoning, site plan approval, and plat approval. WGI was able to overcome pushback from the neighboring community to successfully change the future land use and zoning of the subject site from commercial to multi-family residential. WGI is providing planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and environmental services.
