As Lutheran Hospital continues to grow, so does the need for parking, and for that reason, two parking structures replaced surface lots at the north and south ends of the campus.
The North Parking Structure is a 472-space facility that provides patient/visitor parking and private, lower-level parking for the physicians, which is secluded from the patient/visitor parking with architectural screening between the first two levels.
Precast lintels and caps were incorporated into the hand-laid brick exterior to create a natural looking limestone appearance that complements the main buildings on campus.
