This cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete parking structure provides parking for residents and visitors to the Manchester State Thomas Townhomes. This 152-space parking structure, built interior to the site, is surrounded by townhomes on all four sides. Open light wells were created between the garage and the adjacent buildings to maintain the appropriate amount of open area and could be classified as an open parking structure. Furthermore, as an added safety and convenience feature, pedestrian connector ramps were built between the garage and the townhomes on each level to provide a close, convenient, and safe parking
solution.
