The Parc at White Rock

Project Details

The Parc at White Rock is a 5-story, 291-unit apartment community located at Northwest Highway and Lawther Drive in Dallas. It is adjacent to the White Rock DART station and has easy access to the White Rock Lake and Santa Fe Trail.

The project features a 5-story parking garage in addition to a spin/yoga studio, a resort-style pool, a coffee lounge, a business center, a media lounge, a two-level clubhouse, and four garden courtyards.

MSP Engineering (now a part of WGI) provided the project’s structural design and engineering services, which was completed in 2016.
