Lookout is a 259-unit rental apartment project located within the Lake Highlands Town Center development in Dallas, Texas. It is a four story wood framed apartment project surrounding five levels of parking situated on 3.43 acres with 229,589 net rentable square feet.
Common area facilities include a leasing center, clubroom, swimming pool surrounded by a landscaped/ hardscaped courtyard, fitness center, business center, conference room, and 4th-floor outdoor amenity deck.
WGI provided civil engineering and development consulting services for Lookout. GFF was the architect and Jordan Foster Construction was the general contractor. The project was completed in 2017.
