WGI was selected to perform a façade condition assessment and preparation of reports. The project consisted of a close-up, hands-on examination of the building façades from the vantage of swing-stage scaffolding and the preparation of a condition assessment report for each building in conformance with the City of Chicago Façade Ordinance. 

Marina City is a mixed-use complex of five buildings including two 65-story residential towers and a 15-story hotel.
