Trammell Crow retained WGI to conduct a parking feasibility study for Max @ Kierland, a six-story, 258,000 square-foot LEED-certified office building.

The study’s purpose was to identify physical parking modifications and operational strategies to be implemented on the property, evaluate each alternative’s pros and cons, and provide recommendations for implementing the most promising options.

• Review potential physical improvements to existing facilities
• Evaluate possible operational/management improvements to improve the efficiency of existing parking supplies
• Investigate the feasibility of adding valet parking operations
• Identify possible locations, amounts, and circulation paths for valet parking areas
• Identify and evaluate alternatives for constructing additional surface parking areas
• Prepare concept sketches of potential improvements, and identify the number of spaces to be gained
