The McNamara Parking facility is approximately 2,000 feet long and ten stories tall. The structure was designed and erected with precast elements dominated by a well-proportioned terraced feature/effect.
WGI completed a limited investigation of the roof level and the expansion joint assemblies on the south end of the parking structure. The roof level inspection was the entire length of the 10th Floor, with a detailed inspection of the floor surface.
