WGI provided full design services for the development of nature-based playgrounds in three of Miami Dade County’s parks. These parks include Sunlake Park, Snapper Creek Park, and Ron Ehmann Park. The park improvements included developing concepts for nature-based play structures, sited to provide zone-based play corresponding to children’s age groups. Additional improvements included meditation areas, ADA improvements, landscape, and irrigation enhancements.
WGI provided the landscape and irrigation design, playground design, civil design for the park improvements, and permitting and construction administration assistance.
