Project Details

WGI was responsible for boundary surveys, topographic surveys, platting, construction staking, site development and land planning for a 491-unit, 385-acre residential golf course development. The project included design of the water distribution and sewage collection systems, stormwater drainage systems, and paving and grading design. Relocation of Lake Worth Drainage District L-3 Canal and drainage system was necessary to accomodate for the championship golf course. Services also included permitting and coordination with the developer and the various governmental agencies.

Project Cost $6,450,000.00
