Project Details

Monarch Landing is a retirement community that allows seniors to enjoy maintenance-free retirement living on a scenic 80-acre campus in Naperville, Ill. The 573-space parking structure at Monarch Landing is integrated with the surrounding buildings, providing direct access into the independent living units.

Project Highlights:

• Circulation system consists of two flat bays with a center express ramp and one-way traffic on the outer bays
• The facility provides fully covered parking with the precast roof
• Mechanical room for the residential buildings located on Level 3 of the parking deck
