Monroe Center Parking Structure

This 555-space seven-level parking structure provides convenient parking for the Monroe Center, a 14-story multi-tenant office building located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. It is within walking distance of Van Andel Arena, Devos Place, the Grand Rapids Art Museum, hotels, restaurants and shops.

The parking structure features 13,500-square-feet of grade-level retail space. A landscaped plaza enhances pedestrian corridors to and from the Van Andel Arena.
