Oasis Car Wash

Automated car wash facilities have quickly become popular in Tallahassee and WGI recently worked with the County, City, and Panhandle Contracting throughout the construction of Oasis Express Wash located at the intersection of Thomasville Road and Kerry Forrest Parkway. The correct location and determination of existing storm and sanitary sewer infrastructure was absolutely critical for this facility to operate properly. Our construction survey crews worked closely with the contractor to allow for the proper installation and connection of extensive equipment within a very compressed site. Our efforts also included detailed as-built surveys to ensure the recently constructed facility (including driveway connections, sidewalks, and underground utilities) was built within an acceptable tolerance as compared to the original design plans.
