WGI has an ongoing relationship with Ocean Reef Club, a private club community in north Key Largo, Monroe County, FL, and has provided services for numerous projects as Ocean Reef Club continues improving its club members’ services and facilities. Planning services include due diligence to assess the feasibility of proposed improvements and site planning. Projects WGI has assisted in include due diligence for a proposed expansion of The Spa at Ocean Reef, relocation of the Grayvik Animal Care Center – home of ORCAT, expansion of a food service commissary, Dolphin Clubhouse Improvements, which included a building expansion and improvement of golfing services, and a building replacement in the Associate’s Village which provides housing for club staff.
