Omni Barton Creek Resort

Project Details

WGI is providing MEP engineering services for Omni Barton Creek Resort’s $150 million renovation and expansion project.

The project is centered around a brand new guest tower with 180 new rooms, bringing the total room count to 493. In addition, all off the existing guest rooms will be completely redesigned.

To accommodate demand for meeting and event space, a new conference center, pavilion, and ballroom will be added. The project also includes a new spa, tennis complex, an expanded poolscape, and six new restaurant concepts.

The project was completed in 2019.
