WGI prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) and conducted a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of the 12.4-acre site for the construction of a new multi-unit residential complex. The environmental assessment evaluated potential impacts on natural resources such as wetlands; although no wetlands existed on the property, WGI verified with agency approval that no wetlands existed on site. WGI further evaluated and identified areas on site for the potential presence of gopher tortoises, scrub jay habitat, and endangered species habitat.Â
