WGI’s services included site development, land planning and surveying for the new Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Administrative Facility. The project included design of the water distribution and sewage collection systems, stormwater drainage systems, ADA requirements, and paving and grading design. The project also included a sewage lift station, a watershed analysis for a portion of the 726-acre park and a new access road to create a signalized intersection with 6th Avenue South.

Permits were obtained from various governmental agencies including South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the City of Lake Worth Utilities, Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach County Health Department.
