Following an evaluation of each garage, the City elected to complete all repairs, upgrade the control access to the facility after hours, and improve/upgrade the lighting to a more efficient system.
The renovation included functional, structural, and waterproofing design elements, lighting upgrades, security improvements, and conversion to a credit card exit revenue control system.
Structural repairs and preventive measures were part of the renovation project.
