WGI was selected as the parking consultant for the $600 million expansion of the Phoenix Convention Center which tripled its original size. The expansion took place in phases so the convention center could remain open for business during construction.
The west building and parking structure were constructed first (Phase I); Phase II expanded the exhibitor space and included an additional parking structure for ample parking.
Both parking structures offer parking for employees and visitors to the convention center and allows exhibitors, trade show attendants, and visitors direct access to the convention center floor. Valet parking is also available.
