The 1,030-space parking structure supports the Berks County Courthouse, the YMCA, Reading City Hall and hospital users. The unique brick- and precast-concrete façade architecturally integrates the structure with the surrounding historic buildings and adjacent residential neighborhood.
The American Concrete Institute awarded this project the Grand Prize for Excellence in Design.
