Premier Lofts features loft-style apartments, traditional apartments, penthouses, and townhomes in the Historic Ballpark District. This unique project encompasses 230 residential rental units with ground-floor retail space. The building’s volume is carefully shaped on the one-half city block to provide a presence at the street level, with setbacks and projecting balconies at the upper floors to create a distinctive residential identity.
Premier Lofts also includes two levels of underground parking. Creative layouts and ramping accommodate loft owners, visitors, delivery trucks, and monthly patrons from adjacent office buildings.
This project was awarded the “Top 25 Ground Breakers of the Year” by the Denver Business Journal.
