This amenity center, pool, and pocket park are the first thing visitors see when entering Presidio Station. The pool features two outdoor fireplaces, custom glass tile, an outdoor kitchen, and a blue leaders limestone privacy wall that integrates planters and benches into the design. A rain tank captures stormwater from the amenity center’s standing seam metal roof and is used to irrigate nearby xeric plantings. Existing Live Oak Trees were carefully preserved during development so that their limbs offer shade for pool users.Â
