Primary Children's Medical Center Parking Supply/Demand Study

Primary Children’s Medical Center, a 252-bed pediatric center, serves Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Montana. It is owned by Intermountain Healthcare and affiliated with the University of Utah — Department of Pediatrics.

The medical center retained WGI to determine the existing parking demand and future parking needs based on a 40-bed expansion of the medical center and 40,000 square-foot addition to medical office space.

Scope of Services:

• Recommend parking demand reduction strategies
• Evaluate parking capacity increases through restriping existing lots
• Develop alternate parking structure schematic designs at various campus locations
